Cory Habucke, President

Cory Habucke's family has been in the home improvement business since 1965. Throughout his career, Cory has worked for many well-known home improvement and construction companies where he apprenticed and learned the home improvement trade from the ground up. In 1998 Cory became President and CEO of Mulligan Window, Siding and Roofing.

Under his management and careful direction, Mulligan has become one of Michigan's premier home improvement companies and a source of quality materials and craftsmanship. The fact that Mulligan's largest source of business comes from customer referrals is testament to the great work and service they provide.

Mulligan really is a family owned company. Cory's father and two brothers work along side him, proving his business is truly a family company built on courtesy, service and dependability.

Robert Habucke

Robert Habucke founded Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing in 1965. His philosophy of trust, fair price and a quality job are the principles he founded the company on, and what continue to make Mulligan successful today. Robert believes a successful project results in outstanding communication with clients, sales staff and the installation crew.

Christopher Habucke

Chris has been with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing for 21 years. After two decades in the home improvement business, he understands what works and what doesn't. He also has a deep understanding how remodeling and the use of Energystar products will improve the resale value of your home.

Bobby Ashley III

Bobby has been with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing for 11 years. He began his career with Mulligan as an installer and then a salesman. He has extensive product and installation knowledge and has seen the long-term negative effects of shopping price over value. He advises homeowners to find the best value and look for a company that has been in business for a long time. He believes identifying the right crew is critical to getting the job done right.

Kim Kramer

Kim is a 13-year veteran with Mulligan Windows. She started in 1995 scheduling appointments for the sales reps, and is now an integral part of the customer support team. Kim works as a customer support liaison, interacting with customers and sales staff at every point in the process. She is your first contact with the company, and your final contact upon completion of a project.

Ronald J. LeComb

Ronald has been with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing for 10 years. His success with Mulligan is largely due to his outstanding customer service and his ability to resolve problems and communicate effectively with homeowners and installation crews. During a job, Ronald is on the site supervising the installation and keeping the homeowner informed. Ronald advises clients to be informed by looking at their budget, reviewing the quote and asking lots of questions.

Dan Ott

Dan has been with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing for 5 years. He advises homeowners to look at other homes to get ideas and inspiration before starting a home improvement job. He says, "decide what you like and don't like before starting your home improvement project. And work with companies that have longevity and a great track record like Mulligan."

Ed Schultz

Ed has been with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing for 8 years and has been helping homeowners with their home improvement needs since 1976. Ed's customer philosophy is to help homeowners make informed and educated decisions about their home improvement choices, and understand how it will affect the maintenance and resale value of their home.

Dave Suhr

Dave has been with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing for 12 years. With this much experience in home improvement, Dave advises customers to look for the best value, not the best price.

Paul Temerowski

Paul is a longtime partner with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing. He has aquired over 25 years experience in the home improvement business and has re-joined the Mulligan team to head up our premium fencing division.

Paul is also very active in all the newest home improvement developements and has expertise in the building and installation of vinyl and aluminum fencing and composite and PVC decking.

Jack Ternig

Jack has been with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing for 8 years. He provides homeowners with a stress-free job by helping to guide them through the home improvement process from start to finish.
