Cory Habucke, President

cory.jpgCory Habucke's family has been in the home improvement business since 1965. Throughout his career, Cory has worked for many well-known home improvement and construction companies where he apprenticed and learned the home improvement trade from the ground up. In 1998 Cory became President and CEO of Mulligan Window, Siding and Roofing.

Under his management and careful direction, Mulligan has become one of Michigan's premier home improvement companies and a source of quality materials and craftsmanship. The fact that Mulligan's largest source of business comes from customer referrals is testament to the great work and service they provide.

Mulligan Commercial Renovation was begun over a decade ago. Our philosophy is to use the best building materials whenever possible, while maintaining the budget requirements for a particular project. 

Mulligan really is a family owned company. Cory's father and two brothers work along side him, proving his business is truly a family company built on courtesy, service and dependability.

Robert Habucke

Founder

Robert Habucke founded Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing in 1965. His philosophy of trust, fair price and a quality job are the principles he founded the company on, and what continue to make Mulligan successful today. Robert believes a successful project results in outstanding communication with clients, sales staff and the installation crew.

Christopher Habucke

Sales

Chris has been with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing for 27 years. After two decades in the home improvement business, he understands what works and what doesn't. He also has a deep understanding how remodeling and the use of Energystar products will improve the resale value of your home.

Ronald J. LeComb

Sales

Ronald has been with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing for 15 years. His success with Mulligan is largely due to his outstanding customer service, and his ability to resolve problems and communicate effectively with clients and installation crews. Dan Ott

Ed's customer philosophy is to help homeowners make informed and educated decisions about their home improvement choices, and understand how it will affect the maintenance and resale value of their home.

Dave Suhr

With over 25 years in the home improvement industry,Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience into the customer's home. Dave advises customers to look for the best value, not just the best price. Dave has been with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing for 20 years.

Jack Ternig

Jack has been with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing over 15 years. With over 40 years experience in the home improvement industry, Jack specializes in condominium and commercial projects, and supervising on site. He provides homeowners and board members with a stress-free project by guiding them and installers through the job from start to finish.

George Herman

George is a 14-year veteran with Mulligan Windows, Siding and Roofing. He brings outstanding product knowledge, customer service and exterior design training to every Mulligan job. George is always available to clients before, during or after an installation to insure the process goes smoothly and a client's comfort level is always met.

Howard Spinner

Howard, the newest (and youngest!), member of the Mulligan team brings with him over 28 years of experience in assisting homeowners in their home improvement projects. His product knowledge and his creative abilities have helped countless homeowners reach their (and often exceed!!!) their projects desired result. He takes great pride in watching these projects develop and is a strong believer in providing service beyond the customers expectation.

Mike Dore

Sales

Considered an expert in the wood window business, Mike has returned to Mulligan after years with Anderson, Pella, and Marvin window companies. Mike has received national awards for his success in the window arena. Anderson and Pella recognized Mike as their top representative in the United States and presented him with the Presidents award on numerous occasions. Mike's prior time with Mulligan, in the 90s, brings him back to the family atmosphere he missed in corporate culture. He will represent you, the consumer first, and the manufacturer secondarily. Unique to Mulligan, Mike can recommend any product suitable for each homeowner's respective needs. "We are not tied to a specific manufacturer so we can provide the proper product for each particular home. Unfortunately today, most window companies only provide one product. There are too many variables to expect one window brand to fit all applications." Mike will also work with homeowners on siding and roofing installations, integral to window projects. He will supervise all jobs from inception to completion, no exceptions. "The era of hard-sell is over. Our customers deserve to be educated before making a commitment. That's what I'm here for. I'll help you make the right decision."
